- COIs to the building's wording.
We issue certificates naming the condo or co-op corporation, board and managing agent exactly as the building's sample requires, as soon as we have the requirements.
- Alteration agreements.

Work hours, freight elevators, corridor protection, debris removal and summer-work rules in some co-ops are all part of our plan from day one.
