The South Shore was largely built out over the last fifty years: detached homes and attached and semi-attached two-families in Eltingville, Annadale, Arden Heights and Huguenot, plus older homes and waterfront streets in Great Kills, Prince's Bay and Tottenville. Yards are bigger here, and so is the appetite for driveways, patios and decks.
