SHEET S-302SPECIALTY · COMMERCIAL
Commercial contractor on Staten Island
Storefronts, barbershops, lounges, restaurants and offices, built on a schedule that respects your opening date.
Commercial & Storefront Build-Outs
Scope of work
For a business, every day under construction is a day of lost revenue, so the schedule matters as much as the finish. We've renovated a barbershop and transformed a lounge, and both owners said we finished on time. We plan the job around that: materials ordered before demo, trades lined up back to back, and night or off-hours work when the space has to stay open.
We handle interior fit-outs and refreshes for retail, salons and barbershops, lounges and restaurants (front of house), offices and medical suites. That covers walls and ceilings, flooring, painting, storefront facades and signage bands, lighting and licensed MEP coordination.
What's included
- Interior build-outs and white-box conversions
- Partition walls, drop ceilings and soffits
- Commercial flooring and wall finishes
- Commercial painting, including off-hours work
- Storefront facade refreshes, sign bands and awnings
- Licensed electrical, lighting and plumbing coordination
- Work with your architect on DOB filings where required
- Phased work so you can stay open
Local conditions
Commercial work in Staten Island neighborhoods
Main-street storefronts along corridors like Forest Avenue, Hylan Boulevard, Victory Boulevard, Richmond Avenue and New Dorp Lane are mostly small spaces in older buildings. They need flexible crews and careful protection of neighboring tenants.
Permits and inspections. Changes to egress, occupancy, fire protection or MEP systems need filings by licensed professionals. Cosmetic refreshes usually don't. We'll help you sort out which you have before you sign a lease commitment or set an opening date.
